On the 21st of July, 2026 at 10 AM (GMT), the cPanel Store will move to WebPros Account for authentication. WebPros Account is a single sign-on (SSO) portal that gives you one set of credentials across all WebPros products.

What this means for you

If you don't have an existing WebPros Account: the login page will look different, but your current email address and password will continue to work.

If you already have a WebPros Account registered to the same email as your cPanel Store account: your accounts will be linked automatically. After the migration, use your WebPros Account credentials to access the Store. There’s no action required on your part.

Planned downtime

To complete the migration, there will be a short outage of less than 3 hours. During this window:

• Store account logins will be unavailable
• id.cpanel.net will not be accessible
• The cPanel ID Login Provider feature in WHM will be temporarily unavailable

You don't need to do anything. Your account will be migrated automatically.
