Creating email IDs in cPanel is straightforward. Here’s the clean, step‑by‑step method you can follow on any WHM/cPanel‑based hosting.
How to Create Email Accounts in cPanel
1. Log in to cPanel
Use your domain/cPanel login URL, usually:
https://yourdomain.com/cpanel
- or the server IP with
/cpanel
2. Go to “Email Accounts”
In the Email section, click Email Accounts.
3. Click “Create”
You’ll see a button on the right side: Create.
4. Choose the Domain
If your cPanel has multiple domains, select the correct one from the dropdown.
5. Enter the Email Username
Example:

sales
yourname
This becomes:
info@yourdomain.com
6. Set a Password
You can:
- Enter your own strong password
- Or click Generate to auto‑create one
7. Set Storage Space
Choose:
- Default (e.g., 1024 MB)
- Or Unlimited (if your hosting plan allows)
8. Click “Create”
Your email account is now active.

- Outlook
- Gmail App
